Face Massage Therapy

Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing this stress, which translates into:

Sound Therapy Session

What is a sound bath?

In a sound bath, you lie down comfortably while a practitioner plays soothing instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, or tuning forks. The sounds and vibrations “wash” over you, helping your nervous system shift out of stress mode and into deep relaxation.

There’s no meditation technique to master. No breath counting. You simply listen and let the sound do the work.

Meditation at Zensoul goes far beyond sitting quietly. Our approach is experiential, accessible, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

In our meditation offerings, participants explore:

This non-traditional approach makes our meditation experiences suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, while supporting nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

4-Month Private Meditation Workshop:

This immersive one-on-one journey is designed for those seeking lasting transformation and a deeper personal practice.

Over four months, we explore:

  • Different meditation styles and applications

  • Goal setting and intention development

  • Working through challenges and distractions

  • Personalized at-home practices and exercises

  • Tools to support consistency and growth

This workshop supports:

Lori Shrock enjoys being a licensed massage therapist and how massage can take therapy a step further to help maintain a healthy body by eliminating aches and pain before it builds up in the body over time. She became a meditation instructor a few years ago, offering classes to learn and explore together in living a more mindful life. 

​

Lori is a wife, mother of two and resides in her beautiful hometown of Burton.  She enjoys watching her children sporting events, planning events for family and friends, camping, fitness and most of all making memories with the people she loves. My favorite quote I try to live by, "Today is the best day of my life!"
